Product Description
Duplex Slitter Rewinder Machine comprises a sturdy frame that is fitted with assorted devices and components. This top grade machine and a single unwind station, which features digital length counter, pneumatic loading, razor cutting, rotary cutting, and a trim disposal system that is integrated with a motorized blower. Apart from these exclusive components, the duplex machine has a hand wheel which is used to control the axial & angular adjustment of the unwind shaft.
Duplex Slitter Rewinder Machine also has a mechanical brake which is useful to control the web tension. It also has a draw unit which is integrated with hard chrome plated draw roller along with adjustable rubber covered pressure roller, which is of the design mechanically spring loaded. The rewinding of the substrate is done via 1 duplex center cum surface rewind system.
Features of Duplex Slitter Rewinder Machine
- Winding centers with separate tension control for the purpose of correct winding of the bobbins
- Springs are used to hold the cores from one end; individual core clutches can also be used
- 10 sets of bigger size core holders and assorted sized spacers are provided with the machine
- A number of balanced aluminum / steel guide rollers are provided on precision bearings
- Has an infinitely variable speed electric drive; drive has 5.0 HP DC Motor along with a branded rectifier control panel that operates on 3 phase 415 V 50 cycles AC
- Slitting unit houses razor blade slitting in air; unit has 10 set of Razor Blade holders and top and bottom cutter assembly for aluminum and paper.
- Unwind shaft with 2 cones; 1 cone is on a threaded bush and is responsible for moving reels having cores of 76 mm hole dia.
